The Friends were formed in September 2015. They consist of a group of parents and grandparents who support the school by organising a wide variety of social and fundraising events: discos for Halloween, Christmas Bazaar, Spring Fling and Summer Garden Party. The Friends events provide a thoroughly enjoyable social aspect to the school calendar whilst raising funds for additional resources including sports, ICT and library equipment.
The Friends meetings provide parents with the opportunity to suggest new ideas for the school and nursery.
The Friends also help welcome new families to the school by introducing other parents in the form, discussing the school run and also helping to run the second hand uniform shop.
New committee members are always welcome, or if parents are unable to attend meetings they can get involved by helping at events or supporting the events organised.
